Consistent with ABC Photocolour's corporate values, we already support a variety of charitable causes that can improve the lives of individuals and communities.
Consequently, ABC Photocolour does not provide cash donations nor does it provide cash sponsorships of any kind. We will only consider requests for sponsorships through donations of our products or services based upon specific criteria.
We have established guidelines to limit the type of activities we consider for support.
The following types of requests fall outside of our guidelines and will not be considered for support:
- Requests to support individuals
- Requests from denominationally specific organizations
- Requests to support activities outside of British Columbia, Canada
- Requests to support seasonal activities
- Requests from political organizations
- Request from 3rd parties to raise funds for a charity
- Requests for multiple year commitments
As you might imagine, we receive a number of requests for a variety of sponsorships every year. In order for us to most effectively evaluate each proposal we receive, we have established criteria that will provide us with the pertinent information we need.
Timeframe - Submitting a proposal to ABC Photocolour
To allow us enough lead-time to line up appropriate resources, your proposal must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the event/project. We will not consider proposals submitted outside of this timeframe.
ABC Photocolour response
You should expect a reply within 15 business days.
What to send and where to send it
- Brief detailed description of sponsorship
- Contact Information/Phone number
Fees and Payment Terms/Schedule
All costs ABC Photooclour is expected to pay, including sponsorship fee, Value In Kind, promotional fees, signage, literature, printing costs, creative/production costs, equipment, merchandising, etc.
Direct On-Site Sales Opportunities
Include a two year history of ABC Photocolour or non-ABC Photocolour photo product sales as well as projected photo product sales over the next two years. If this is a new venue with no previous photography related sales, please explain why this is an ideal picture-taking venue.
ABC Photocolour Benefits
Include items such as complimentary tickets, hospitality, access to special events at the property, radio, TV, newspaper exposure, etc. and quantify as appropriate.
Product/Category Exclusivity
For example, digital and traditional photofinishing products and services, photo supplies, film, cameras, one time use cameras, batteries, digital imaging equipment, photo-related supplies and services, imaging media, equipment, imaging services and systems, imaging kiosks, imaging networks, Internet imaging services, and other imaging products and services.
Marketing Opportunities
On-site and off-site, such as co-sponsor promotional activities, ABC Photocolour retailer/customer/channel promotions, etc.
List of Other Sponsors
Indicate whether they are potential or committed. List by priority sponsorship commitment level.
Term
One-time, Annual, two-year, three-year, etc.
Attendance
Annual ticket sales, paid and unpaid, attendees, trend history for the last two years, future projections for two years.
Demographics
Age, gender, and any other applicable information.
Other Pertinent Information
Please include as much of this information as possible when sending your proposal to ABC Photocolour.
