As the president and general manager, Eddie oversees the entire operation of ABC Photocolour, managing all aspects of the company from production to customer relations. Eddie was one of the first ABC Photocolour employees and was involved exclusively in the company's growth and expansion. Eddie has always been an active participant within the photographic industry as ABC Photocolour is a proud member of PPABC, PPOC, APCI, PMA, and DIMA. Eddie's personal philosophy is reflected in our company image and mission statement as "Quality is our most important product."

Customer Service Representative
Ester has more than 15 years experience as a member of the professional customer service and shipping department at ABC Photocolour, understanding the needs of our professional clientele. Her role encompasses the packaging and shipping of all finished products and most importantly supporting our professional photographers by answering any inquiries they may have.

As a new member to our professional customer service and shipping department at ABC Photocolour, Wendy is a welcome addition to our team. Wendy’s role includes the packaging and shipping of all finished products as well as supporting our customer concerns regarding their orders as well as account balances and invoices.

Launie Fairbairn
Fine Art and Commercial Imaging Consultant
Offering recommendations, quotes and complete project production for her commercial, corporate and fine art clientele, Launie makes available her background of 25 years in the photo/graphics industry. Her professional history includes service as a photographer, graphic designer, lab technician for cibachrome, c-print, B&W, film reproduction plus knowledge with pre-press, silkscreen and digital electrostatic/inkjet/airbrush/lightjet technologies. Understanding the clients' needs with solutions for suitable substrates, quality output and appropriate finishing are her specialties.

As a project manager for his fine art and commercial clients, Bill’s responsibilities include project quotations and consultations, but most importantly the managing of your project from initial concept through the entire production process ensuring that your expectations are met. With more than 20 years experience in the professional visual arts, multimedia, exhibit and display markets, Bill will be able to assist you in your projects large or small.

Phu Le
Traditional Printing Department Manager
Phu has been an employee at ABC Photocolour for more than 20 years with a wealth of knowledge and experience in large format traditional custom printing. As well as managing the traditional custom enlargement department, Phu produces many of the professional enlargements for murals, galleries and professional wall portraits. Phu is responsible for the quality control of the traditional custom enlargement department as well as handling technical inquiries.

Ray Lyles
Commercial Digital Department Manager
Before joining ABC Photocolour in 1986, Ray worked in commercial labs in Chicago and San Francisco. After many years of traditional darkroom experience in our commercial department he joined the digital department in 1998 and is responsible for the organization as well as operation of the digital department.

Roy Ng
IT Manager
Roy is not new to the professional photographic industry as he was employed at a professional studio for 8 years managing digital workflow as well as maintaining the company's marketing image in print and digital form. With a bachelor's degree in computer science as well as background in network and database support on PC and Macintosh platforms, Roy's knowledge encompasses all aspects of digital workflow from capture to storage to print. With his wide range of knowledge of digital imaging, Roy will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your studio workflow or your traditional to digital conversion.

Accountant
Edwin, the accountant at ABC Photocolour, is responsible for the accounts receivables and payables, pay roll and administration of our professional account holders. Clients with questions regarding their account balances as well as invoice inquiries including duplications or discrepancies can forward their concerns to Edwin.

Jim Stait
Hardware Service Technician
Jim has a surplus of 25 years experience as an employee at ABC Photocolour. Jim is responsible for maintaining a tight control on all our film and paper processing equipment as well as the maintenance and repair of all in house machinery. With his diverse experience in photographic equipment and processes, Jim is an integral member of the ABC Photocolour team.
