In order to be as efficient as possible, if your digital files are bigger than 200MB in file size (total/individual), please save them onto digital media such as CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, or DVD-RW and mail them to the following address:

If your digital file has a file size of 5MB or less, you can simply e-mail it to us at:
digital@abcphoto.com
Please note that due to the limitations of some e-mail service provider, we may not receive your digital files if the single e-mail transaction size is bigger than 5MB. For bigger files, you may wish to use our FTP Upload service.

Uploading image files to our FTP server is one of the easiest way to send us digital image files. If the total file size of your order is less than 200 MB, FTP uploading will be the most efficient way to go for. However if the total file size of your order exceeds 200 MB, the best way would be burning the files onto a CD-R and mail to us.
